This week the US attorney general has launched a wide-ranging investigations into allegations that record labels(”the usual suspects” EMI, Sony BMG, Universal, Warner Music) are fixing the prices of music downloads.

Even Steve Jobs said: “Music companies make more money when they sell a song on itunes then when they sell a CD. If they want to raise the price, it’s because they’re greedy”
